About Us
Dynamic physiotherapy is a clinic with over 10 years of specialise in aiding people to get back to their best and living their life pain free.
The clinics based in the heart of the docklands and also in Clontarf Rugby Club. Founded by Niall Barry in 2009, we offer a warm, friendly professional service, aiming to improve your quality of life by reducing pain, increasing mobility, or rehabilitating you back to your best.
Our focus is in results-driven Physiotherapy, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation. Our experienced specialists will get to the root cause of your condition or injury. Nobody wants to spend their life on a treatment table. Our physios are always up-to-date with the latest research and technology, and will also give you all the knowledge and support you need to manage your condition and practise independent exercises, so as to reduce the need to keep coming back.
We have experience of working on a wide range of injuries with every level of athlete from junior to elite. We also treat the full age range from paediatrics through to elderly patients. Our team are all members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and all are CORU registered.

Niall Barry

Niall is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Brunel University in 2003 before gaining valuable experience working with a wide variety of clients and conditions in busy city centre hospitals and private practices in London, Lancashire and Dublin prior to establishing Dynamic Physiotherapy in 2009.
Andrea Murphy

Andrea is a Chartered Physiotherapist, having graduated from University College Dublin with an Honours degree, as well as a Msc in Sports and Exercise Medicine in Trinity College Dublin. She has always had an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and specialises in Chronic Back and Neck pain, Sports Injuries & Dry Needling.

Jennifer is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin, obtaining an honours degree. She has a keen interest in exercise and its role in injury and illness prevention across the lifespan.
Jordan Finnegan
Athletic Rehabilitation TherapistJordan Finnegan
Jordan is an Athletic Rehabilitation Therapist who graduated from Athlone IT in 2018. He recently completed a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Science and Medicine from the University of Glasgow.
