Niall Barry MISCP

Niall is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Brunel University in 2003 before gaining valuable experience working with a wide variety of clients and conditions in busy city centre hospitals and private practices in London, Lancashire and Dublin prior to establishing Dynamic Physiotherapy in 2009.

With a huge enthusiasm for sports, and having played to senior inter-county GAA level, Niall works within a number of different sports with athletes at junior, amateur and professional level including Leinster and Irish Rugby, Inter-county GAA football and hurling, Irish Colleges Rugby and Irish Cricket. He is currently the senior physiotherapist for Clontarf Rugby and part of the medical team for the successful Dublin GAA football squad.

He also holds an Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation & Sports Science and has completed his Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Trinity College Dublin.

He specialises in rehabilitation of back and neck pain, sports and work place injuries. These include musculoskeletal sprains and strains from sport and repetitive strain, back and neck pain and injuries precipitated by the demands of prolonged sitting in a poor ergonomic position or posture.

Sadhbh Shaughnessy

Sadhbh is a Chartered Physiotherapist with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. She is now studying Graduate Entry Medicine at University College Dublin.

She has gained valuable experience working in both public and private settings across Dublin and Kerry, giving her a broad and practical approach to injury management and rehabilitation. Sadhbh has a particular clinical interest in the assessment and treatment of lower back pain and hip conditions.

Sadhbh has a strong interest in sports physiotherapy, particularly relating to GAA and basketball, having previously played both sports herself. She has also worked with An Ghaeltacht GAA, gaining practical experience in managing sports injuries in real-time.

Sadhbh uses an evidence-based approach when assessing and treating conditions, incorporating exercise and manual therapy to help patients achieve their individual goals.

In her free time, Sadhbh enjoys running and cycling.

Michael Sinclair, physiotherapist

Michael Sinclair

Michael is a Chartered Physiotherapist with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. He has experience treating a wide range of patients and conditions in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic settings, working across both public and private sectors.

Having been an avid rugby and soccer player, Michael developed a strong interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation, which continues to shape his patient-centred, goal-driven approach to physiotherapy. Michael has a particular interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, especially involving the shoulder and knee, as well as the management of ongoing, persistent low back pain.

Michael believes pain and injury shouldn’t stop us from doing the things we want to do. His approach combines manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, tailored to each individual he meets in the treatment room. With his patients’ personal goals and preferences in mind, Michael aims always to help them return to doing the things they enjoy most.

Liam Kane, physiotherapist

Liam Kane

Hailing from New Zealand, Liam studied a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and worked in the heart of Auckland before moving to Vancouver from 2023 to 2025. While in Vancouver, Liam worked in both the private practice sector as well as the public sector, and now has experience managing a wide variety of patients.

Liam has worked with a wide variety of athletes and disciplines; from the secondary school level in Football and Athletics, the club level in Lacrosse and Hockey, to the Collegiate level with the University of British Columbia’s Track and Field team. Liam’s favorite sport by far is Athletics, and outside of work he enjoys both competing and spectating.

Liam is passionate about getting his patients back to what they love. He believes in getting to the root cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. His approach is initially managing patients’ pain with soft tissue release and manual therapy, Liam then works closely with patients to actively rehabilitate them with an exercise based approach back to what their individual goals are and what they love doing.
